What is the difference between medical and non-medical home care?
Non-medical home care provides assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, companionship, transportation, meal assistance, and housekeeping. Caregivers do not have clinical duties - they support comfort, safety, and independence at home.
Medical home care involves licensed clinical professionals (nurses, therapists, aides) who provide skilled services such as wound care, injections, physical therapy, or monitoring of medical conditions. It typically requires a physician's order.
U & I Solutions LLC provides non-medical care only.
